CustomFit AutoGear Inc. Limited Product Warranty
At CustomFit AutoGear Inc., we stand behind the quality of our products. We warrant to the original purchaser that our floor mats are free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions.
Coverage Period
This warranty is valid for a reasonable period based on the expected service life of the product, as determined solely by CustomFit AutoGear Inc.
What We Will Do
If a product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect, we will, at our sole discretion:
- Replace the product, or
- Provide store credit, or
- Offer a discounted replacement
What’s Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
- Fading, deformation, or material changes due to heat, pressure, or environmental exposure
- Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or neglect
- Chemical damage (including gasoline, bleach, or harsh cleaners)
- Accidents, fire, flooding, or external causes
- Cosmetic issues that do not affect performance or fit
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or second-hand sources
- Incorrect vehicle selection or change of mind
Claim Requirements
To submit a claim, you must provide:
- Proof of purchase
- Clear photos or video showing the issue
- Vehicle details (make, model, year)
All claims are subject to review and approval.
Limitation of Liability
CustomFit AutoGear Inc.’s liability is strictly limited to the original purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to vehicle damage, loss of use, or inconvenience.
Additional Terms
- This warranty applies only to the original purchaser
- The company reserves the right to determine whether a claim qualifies under this warranty
- Decisions made by CustomFit AutoGear Inc. are final
