We guarantee a snug, custom fit for your vehicle. If your mats don't fit like a glove, reach out within 30 days of delivery, and we'll make it right!
✓ Returns: Easy as a Sunday Drive
- Timeframe: You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
- Condition: Mats must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging (we know you're excited, but please test-fit before removing protective layers).
- Return Shipping: The buyer covers return shipping costs, except in cases of defects or incorrect items sent.
✓ Refunds: No Pit Stops, Just Fast Processing
- Once we receive your returned mats and give them a quick quality check, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (sorry, no trades for snacks or gas money).
! Non-Returnable Items
We love keeping things smooth, but some items can't be returned, including:
- Custom Car floor mats (because they're made just for you!)
- Mats that are heavily used or damaged
- Clearance or final sale items
⚡ Got a Defect? We'll Fix It!
If your mats arrive with damage or a manufacturing defect, send us an email at contact@cfautogear.ca with clear photos. We'll replace them for free or issue a refund if needed.

No worries! If your mats are still brand new, you can return them, but keep in mind you'll need to cover the return shipping.
📦 How to Start a Return
- Email us at contact@cfautogear.ca with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll respond with return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the mats back to us securely.
- Get refunded (minus any applicable shipping costs).
