Return & Refund Policy

At CustomFit AutoGear, we’re committed to ensuring your mats fit perfectly. Below you’ll find our simple return and refund terms so you can shop with confidence.

1. 30-Day Fit Guarantee

If your mats do not install correctly on the correct model year, trim, and seat layout you selected, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll replace or refund your order at no cost once fitment is confirmed with clear photos or video.

2. Returns

  • Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Light test fitting is fine, but heavy use or missing parts may reduce your refund.
  • Fees: Free if due to a confirmed fitment issue, defect, damage, or wrong item. For all other reasons (wrong selection, change of mind, preference), a 25% restocking fee will be deducted. This fee already covers return shipping and handling.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method. Banks may take an additional 5–10 days to post the amount.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard shipping: Orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Delays: Carrier times are estimates only. Refunds are not issued for packages delivered later than the carrier’s estimate — only if delivery exceeds our stated window.
  • If your order is marked lost or undelivered by the carrier, we’ll help file a claim and send a replacement once confirmed.

5. Exceptions

  • Wrong vehicle selection, change of mind, or preference: Subject to the standard restocking fee (see Section 2).
  • Heavily used or damaged items: May receive reduced or no refund.
  • Custom or special-order items: Not returnable unless defective.
  • Clearance/final sale: No refunds. What you see in the installation photos is what you get.

6. Defects or Damage

If your mats arrive defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent, email us at contact@cfautogear.ca with your order number and photos or video. We’ll confirm and replace them for free or issue a full refund.

7. How to Start a Return

  1. Email contact@cfautogear.ca with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Attach photos or video so we can confirm fitment, defect, or condition.
  3. We’ll reply with instructions and the return address.
  4. Ship the mats back securely. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund (minus any applicable fees).
