1. What types of auto accessories do you offer?
We specialize in custom 5D TPE floor mats and cargo liners that are 3D scanned and designed in Canada for a precise fit. All products are backed by KQD™, a Canadian trademark known for high standards in coverage, durability, and vehicle-specific fitment.
2. How do I know if a product will fit my car?
Each product page includes detailed compatibility information. Simply check your vehicle’s make, model, year, and seat layout. If you’re unsure, contact us before ordering so we can help confirm fitment.
3. What materials are your products made from?
Our 5D TPE floor mats are made from durable, eco-friendly thermoplastic elastomers (TPE), which are recyclable, odor-free, and designed to withstand extreme weather conditions.
4. How can I place an order?
Placing an order is simple:
- Browse our products and select the ones that suit your needs.
- Add them to your cart and proceed to checkout.
- Enter your shipping and payment details, then complete your purchase.

6. Do you offer shipping?
Yes! We ship across Canada (3–7 business days after dispatch) and to the United States (4–8 business days). Remote areas may take longer. Note: Delivery times are estimates only. We do not accept cancellations or refunds if a package is delayed by the carrier unless it exceeds our stated delivery window.
7. What is your return policy?
We want you to shop with confidence. Our return terms are:
- Fitment issues or defects: Free replacement/refund within 30 days (photo/video proof required).
- Wrong model, year, trim, or seat layout selected: Returns accepted, but a 25% restocking fee applies.
- Change of mind or preference: Returns accepted within 30 days with a 25% restocking fee.
- Clearance/final sale items: No returns. What you see in the installation photos is what you get.

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email to follow your delivery.
