1. What types of auto accessories do you offer?
We specialize in custom 5D TPE floor mats and cargo liners that are 3D scanned and designed in Canada for a precise fit. All products are backed by KQD™, a Canadian trademark known for high standards in coverage, durability, and vehicle-specific fitment.
2. How do I know if a product will fit my car?
Each product page includes detailed compatibility information. Simply check your vehicle’s make, model, year, and seat layout. If you’re unsure, contact us before ordering so we can help confirm fitment.
3. What materials are your products made from?
Our 5D TPE floor mats are made from durable, eco-friendly thermoplastic elastomers (TPE), which are recyclable, odor-free, and designed to withstand extreme weather conditions.
4. How can I place an order?
Placing an order is simple:

6. Do you offer shipping?
Yes! We ship across Canada (3–7 business days after dispatch) and to the United States (4–8 business days). Remote areas may take longer. Note: Delivery times are estimates only. We do not accept cancellations or refunds if a package is delayed by the carrier unless it exceeds our stated delivery window.
7. What is your return policy?
We want you to shop with confidence. Our return terms are:
- Fitment issues or defects: Free replacement/refund within 30 days (photo/video proof required).
- Wrong model, year, trim, or seat layout selected: Returns accepted, but a 25% restocking fee applies.
- Change of mind or preference: Returns accepted within 30 days with a 25% restocking fee.
- Clearance/final sale items: No returns. What you see in the installation photos is what you get.

8. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email to follow your delivery.
9. Do you offer warranties on your products?

Refunds & Returns
At CustomFit AutoGear, we’re committed to ensuring your mats fit perfectly. Below you’ll find our simple return and refund terms so you can shop with confidence.
1. 30-Day Fit Guarantee
If your mats do not install correctly on the correct model year, trim, and seat layout you selected, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll replace or refund your order at no cost once fitment is confirmed with clear photos or video.
2. Returns
- Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
- Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Light test fitting is fine, but heavy use or missing parts may reduce your refund.
- Fees: Free if due to a confirmed fitment issue, defect, damage, or wrong item. For all other reasons (wrong selection, change of mind, preference), a 25% restocking fee will be deducted. This fee already covers return shipping and handling.
3. Refunds
- Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method. Banks may take an additional 5–10 days to post the amount.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Standard shipping: Orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- Delays: Carrier times are estimates only. Refunds are not issued for packages delivered later than the carrier’s estimate — only if delivery exceeds our stated window.
- If your order is marked lost or undelivered by the carrier, we’ll help file a claim and send a replacement once confirmed.
5. Exceptions
- Wrong vehicle selection, change of mind, or preference: Subject to the standard restocking fee (see Section 2).
- Heavily used or damaged items: May receive reduced or no refund.
- Custom or special-order items: Not returnable unless defective.
- Clearance/final sale: No refunds. What you see in the installation photos is what you get.
6. Defects or Damage
If your mats arrive defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent, email us at contact@cfautogear.ca with your order number and photos or video. We’ll confirm and replace them for free or issue a full refund.
7. How to Start a Return
- Email contact@cfautogear.ca with your order number and reason for return.
- Attach photos or video so we can confirm fitment, defect, or condition.
- We’ll reply with instructions and the return address.
- Ship the mats back securely. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund (minus any applicable fees).
Limited Lifetime Protection Warranty
At CustomFit AutoGear Inc., we take pride in delivering high-quality, precision-fit auto accessories. That’s why we offer our Lifetime Protection Warranty to the original purchaser for the original vehicle the mats were installed in. We believe in products that last, and we stand behind them every step of the way.

If your CustomFit floor mats have a defect in materials or craftsmanship that affects their performance, we’ll make it right. Whether it’s an issue in production or workmanship, we’ll provide a replacement or store credit—whatever works best for you.
What’s Not Covered
While our mats are built for durability, some situations are beyond our control. This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear from daily use
- Chemical spills such as gasoline, bleach, or harsh cleaners
- Damage caused by accidents, vehicle modifications, or misuse
- Incorrect installation or improper use
- Exposure to extreme or abnormal conditions beyond standard use
How We Handle Warranty Claims
We keep things simple and hassle-free. If you experience an issue, just contact us with proof of purchase and photos of the concern. Based on the situation, we will:
- Send a free replacement for qualifying defects
- Offer a discounted replacement for partial damage
- Provide store credit if a replacement is unavailable
